Our Programs

Building the Foundation for Lasting Recovery

At The Goddess Campus (TGC), recovery is about more than overcoming substance use, it is about building a healthier, more stable, and purpose-filled future.

Our structured residential recovery program empowers young women to heal from the effects of substance use, trauma, and other life challenges. while developing the skills, confidence, and support systems needed for long-term success.

Grounded in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and the Therapeutic Community model, our program encourages residents to actively participate in their own recovery while learning to live, grow, and thrive alongside a supportive community of peers.

Every resident’s treatment plan is individualized, recognizing that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey.

Our Program Pillars

Therapeutic Services

Healing begins with understanding, support, and evidence-based care.

Residents participate in individualized treatment services designed to address substance use disorders, co-occurring behavioral health needs, trauma, and personal recovery goals.

Services may include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Group therapy
  • Evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Trauma-informed treatment approaches
  • Recovery education
  • Peer support and therapeutic community activities

Our Goal

To help residents strengthen emotional wellness, develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and establish a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Life Skills & Workforce Development

Recovery is strengthened when women have the tools to live independently and confidently.

Our program helps residents develop practical life skills that support successful reintegration into their families, workplaces, schools, and communities.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Employment readiness
  • Resume development
  • Interview preparation
  • Financial literacy
  • Budgeting and money management
  • Educational planning
  • Goal setting
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership development

Our Goal

To empower residents with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to achieve long-term independence and self-sufficiency.

Holistic Wellness

We believe lasting recovery supports the whole person (mind, body, and spirit).

Residents are encouraged to develop healthy routines that promote physical wellness, emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth while respecting each individual’s beliefs and values.

Wellness opportunities may include:

  • Mindfulness practices
  • Journaling and personal reflection
  • Creative expression
  • Physical wellness activities
  • Nutrition education
  • Healthy lifestyle development
  • Resident-directed spiritual wellness and personal belief practices

Our Goal

To foster overall well-being, healthy coping, and lifelong wellness habits that support recovery beyond residency.

Community Living & Leadership Development

The Therapeutic Community model is at the heart of campus life.

Residents live together in a structured, supportive environment where they learn through shared experiences, mutual encouragement, accountability, and leadership opportunities.

Community living includes:

  • Structured daily routines
  • Shared household responsibilities
  • Community meetings
  • Peer support
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Community engagement and service activities

Our Goal

To build responsibility, confidence, healthy relationships, leadership skills, and a strong sense of belonging within a recovery community.

Transition Planning & Continuing Recovery

Recovery continues long after a resident leaves our campus.

Beginning early in the program, residents work with their treatment team to prepare for a successful transition back into their communities.

Transition planning may include:

  • Individualized discharge planning
  • Case management
  • Housing and community resource referrals
  • Employment and education planning
  • Continued behavioral health services
  • Recovery support referrals
  • Alumni engagement opportunities

Our Goal

To ensure every resident leaves TGC with a personalized plan, meaningful community connections, and the tools needed to continue building a healthy, independent life.

Program Length

Recovery is a personal journey, and every resident progresses at her own pace.

Most residents participate in TGC’s core residential program for approximately 90 to 180 days, depending on their individualized treatment plan, clinical needs, progress, and personal goals.

When clinically appropriate, residents may be offered the opportunity to participate in an extended residential stay to further strengthen recovery, develop independent living skills, and prepare for a successful transition into the community. Total length of stay generally does not exceed 365 days.
